A fully equipped, luxury holiday home suitable for couples and families. Built by Lord Coke from Holkham Hall in a quiet cul-de-sac close to all amenities. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a separate cloak room on the ground floor.
Tolly House is more than a Holiday let, it is also our family holiday home and is equipped to ensure that each stay is a relaxing luxury holiday whether with friends or taking a family break. We have free wifi, 4 plasma TV's all with Freeview, a selection of adults and children's books, board games, jigsaws, garden Junker, BBQ and a fully enclosed garden with astro turf for garden activities.
There's parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property.
Not forgetting the log burner fire and underfloor heating to ensure every visit is a warm one!
Tolly House makes a wonderful base for visiting the North Norfolk Coastline.
Situated within a 5 minute walk, you can find 2 gastro pubs (The Crown and The Globe), the Butlands, a variety of local shops, supermarket and the World famous Quay. Wells-next-to-sea beach was awarded 'The Times British Beach Of The Year' in 2016 and can be reached by walking along the footpath by the Quay or by taking the mini train that runs beside beach road in summer.
We have Friday change over days in Summer and also accommodate short breaks and long weekends.

Ground floor: Under floor heating, entrance hall leading to living room with wood-burning stove , 37 " Plasma TV and French doors to garden. Well-equipped kitchen/diner with induction hob, Microwave, dishwasher, under counter fridge and freezer, separate free standing fridge, 8 seater Oak table and French doors leading to the garden. Separate Utility/W.C. with automatic washing machine/dryer.First floor: Relaxing large Double bedroom, Queen sized bed and plenty of room for a travel cot. Plasma TV, en-suite bathroom with over-bath shower. Pretty Twin-bedded room with wardrobe and chest of draws. Separate Bathroom with over-bath shower.Second floor: Double bedroom with room for Travel Cot, Queen size bed, round port hole window, Plasma TV. Fresh and bright twin bedroom with Plasma TV.Duvets with linen and towels providedIf you are travelling with little ones, there's a microwave steriliser, one travel cot, High Chair, booster chair and portable stair gate

Lovely, spacious house containing everything we needed and perfectly located. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was spotless when we arrived. Nice touch to leave a bottle of wine and some biscuits, thanks! We would recommend Tolly House and will return in the future.

Lovely house. Lots of room for 2 families of 3. Welcoming and traditional looking but with all mod cons in a peaceful and quiet location. Very easy walk to town with great pubs close by. Wells is ideally placed for walks to Holkham, boat trips to the seals at Blakeney. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.
